About Erick Haynie
Experience
Erick has represented a wide variety of clients in business disputes in the Pacific Northwest, including real property and lease matters, complex tort disputes, intellectual property disputes, securities matters, energy sector disputes, and agricultural disputes. Erick is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has handled cases in nearly every county courthouse in the State of Oregon.
Education
Erick graduated cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Northwestern University school of Law in Chicago (1998). Erick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Portland Honors Program (1995). Erick is a 1992 graduate of Hood River Valley High School.
Community Involvement
Erick is a volunteer varsity soccer coach and Board Chair for Horizon Christian School in Hood River, Oregon. Erick also serves on the Oregon Advisory Committee for the United States Commission for Civil Rights. Erick is an active volunteer advisor for various non-profits throughout the Columbia River Gorge and is a former City Councilor for the City of Hood River.
